Their oldest is at the beginning stages of potty training and is working on language development, recognizing colors, body parts, and forming two-word sentences. The ideal nanny would be someone who can balance fun and structure, who is both playful and calm, and who can help him manage his emotions while maintaining a consistent routine. A young, energetic, and nurturing personality would be a great fit.
The newborn requires extra attention during feedings, and the family is looking for a nanny who can focus on his developmental milestones, incorporating activities like tummy time and other early learning exercises. A nanny experienced with newborns, especially in helping them through the challenging early months, would be ideal.
